Content: Understand how to read financial accounts and how to draw up a profit and loss account for business use. Understand what financial levers and options there are in recruitment, how to press them and their likely outcomes. Learn what creates value in a recruitment business and sources of funding to grow to create value. Understand how to follow the strategic planning process and to develop your own strategy using MBA-level tools to help you.
At the end of the programme delegates will understand the financial elements which make up a recruitment business and how to use each of them to create more profit and invest in the future. Alongside this they’ll have the tools to develop a strategic plan for their business and will have an outline business plan to develop further when they get back to the office.
